The Self-Elevating Truss Production Platform (STPP) jack-up is designed to be a more cost-effective alternative to existing shallow water production units. The STTP can be designed for water depths up to 500 feet and various environmental criteria.

The innovative truss structure design eliminates the added cost and weight associated with conventional hull structured jack-ups.

The unit is transported to location by barge. Additionally, the barge is utilized in the unit’s preloading operations. Upon completion of preloading, the barge is floated out and normal on-location operations can be started.
