The T-BASS Class of Jack-Up Designs are self-elevating drilling units, designed for operation in water depths of up to 400 feet and ocean transit afloat on its own hull with legs intact.

Outfitted with modern drilling and service support packages, the units can drill to depths of 25,000 feet as presently outfitted. Optional drill floor arrangements to accommodate 30,000 feet and deeper drilling packages and increased drilling operational loads are also possible.

Jacking of the units is accomplished by a system of racks and pinions which are capable of raising and lowering the unit with high deck loads.
